Local Rivalry

Updated: Nov 3, 2019

Following a difficult away trip to Meinciau on 3/10/19 where the club lost 6-2, a second away trip of the season saw the shorter journey down Graig Hill to Bronwydd.

The singles and pairs were hard fought games with Bronwydd taking the points in both games with a 13-1 win in the singles and a narrow 8-7 win in the pairs.

The triples and fours were next to play with Catrin once again skipping the triples with Barbara and Jill making up the all female team. Girl power proved too strong with Llanpumsaint holding on for a 9-7 win. Finally the fours took 3 points on the final end to win 6-4 to make it a 4-4 draw overall.

This week sees the third away game in a row to Llandyfaelog B, another tough game.
