Following a difficult away match last week at Llandyfaelog B where we lost 8-0 to a very strong team, the Club showed great resilience to win 8-0 at home against Llangennech. Aled showed the way by winning 17-4 in his first singles match of the season. Peter resumed his partnership with Huw E in the pairs to win 12-8.
The new triples team of Huw W, Janet and Barbara came back from being 7-0 down after 4 ends to all square after 8 ends, the last end was nail biting but they came through to take an 8-7 win. Lastly a determined fours skipped by Derick won 14-0.
Onwards and upwards now to the Knockout Cup next week when we play Llanddarog A away in the preliminary round.
